We are looking for an Impact Consultant to join our team and work in partnership with Client Experience Managers and Account Directors to spark passion and ignite change for our clients and their workforce. This role requires a collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. Our ideal new teammate has the capability to create beautiful documents and presentations, juggle multiple assignments at once, problem-solve on the fly, and learn new skills.


This role has the flexibility to work remotely in the DMV area but must have the ability to commute to and work from the corporate office in Arlington, VA, and client sites, as needed.


What You’ll Do

We are looking for professionals who enjoy collaborating with teammates to achieve project goals, meet contractual requirements and client expectations within Franklin IQ quality standards. Impact Consultants are never bored – as they typically have a wide range of responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrates quality control standards and attention to detail.
  • Follow the project plan to meet contract requirements and client expectations.
  • Ability to communicate confidently across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Support the development of recommendations, solutions, and approaches for assigned projects.
  • Support Senior Consultants in the identification and sourcing of potential development opportunities to drive firms’ growth.
  • As requested, support invoicing and pricing processes.
  • Support internal organizational initiatives and events as requested and available.
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of client needs and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate the progress of each project stage and identify necessary interventions.
  • Prioritize work to ensure timely completion of products and solutions.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and reports based on research and findings.

What You Need to Do the Job

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, marketing and communications from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of skills training and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data and materials to keep track of deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products, Adobe, CRM systems, Project Management software, and other relevant applications in a PC Based environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a professional environment in a client or support facing role, balancing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to create compelling reports, presentations, program materials, and collateral in relevant applications.
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, clear and concise communication – both verbal and written.

  • Experience with learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, and/or instruction
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional environment focused on client support, managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal security clearance
