· Critical leadership capabilities and experience managing remote and disparate teams

· Manage external partners including agencies, licensor / IP partners, and experience / event partners

Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead.

· Manage overall marketing budget and expenditures

· 5-10 years of previous work experience as a Marketing Director

Provide analysis, information, strategic support, and operational support for all benefits programs to management.

Manages professional relationships with various internal and external contacts, such as benefit carriers, employees and HR department.

Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems

Knowledge of benefit specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA and PPACA

Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration

Develop and review employee benefit communications and presentations.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Two or more years of professional experience in benefits administration.

Knowledge of benefit specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA and ACA.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the administration of various benefits plans for various clients.

Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party vendors, and continuously monitor and manage the service provided.

Responsible for local HR operation process and execution. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences.

3+ years of HR experience, familiar with local labor-related laws and regulations.

Experience with HR operations, payroll, and the Workday system is a plus.

Understand the relevant HR policies in the US and help establish a compliant and reasonable HR policy.

Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis.
