Motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills

Five or more years of business-to-business sales experience, outside/field sales, within a results-driven environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives

Experience with business-to-business sales, particularly at the executive level

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).

Nurse I Level I - An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additional nursing practice/experience required.

Provide analysis, information, strategic support, and operational support for all benefits programs to management.

Manages professional relationships with various internal and external contacts, such as benefit carriers, employees and HR department.

Strong knowledge of HRIS/benefits administration systems

Knowledge of benefit specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA and PPACA

Five or more years of professional experience in benefits administration

Develop and review employee benefit communications and presentations.

Strong knowledge of HRMS/Benefits Administration systems. Workday experience is a plus.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Two or more years of professional experience in benefits administration.

Knowledge of benefit specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA and ACA.
