They must be able to answer any questions that guests may have about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area. They must also be able to handle any complaints or issues that may arise. Additionally, the Hotel Front Desk Associate must be able to process payments, make reservations, and provide general administrative support. Job Skills Required
