Overview Home Customer Service Agents provide customer service and technical support to customers from their home office. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to customer problems. Detailed Job Description Home Customer Service Agents are responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers from their home office. They answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand customer needs, and provide accurate and timely responses. Home Customer Service Agents must also be able to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication skills
