MGS has immediate openings for Customer Service Agent at Miami International Airport.

Pay Rate: $18.73 per hour Status: Part Time

Objective and Essential Duties:

Provide various services such as wheelchair, security, and porter services. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people

  • Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met.
  • Provide security at different areas (such as door, ramp, catering, bag room)
  • Provide porter services
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed.

SHIFTS:

Morning, Afternoon and Night shift available

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Requirements:

  • Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and/or Spanish.
  • Maintain a relationship with both employees and clients.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
  • Must be able to handle pressure of working with high volume general public (constantly to occasionally depending on assignment)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to bend, push, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.

Environmental Requirements:
