This is an on-site role in San Francisco, California. Expect to be on-site for 4-5 days out of the week.

Create and manage a portfolio of remote commissioning guides for knowledge continuity.

Collaborate with planning and project managers for an accurate commissioning schedule/forecast.

Proven farm management experience. Crop knowledge in berries, almonds, avocados is desired.

MBA or MD/PhD in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Entomology, or related fields with proven experience managing Operations and Logistics.

The readiness to travel +40% (∼20 weeks/year) internationally to attend role responsibilities.

Knowledge about bee biology and crop pollination is highly desired.

Experience in project management, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Proven experience in basic HR functions, particularly in the creation and management of company policies.

Proficiency in using EOS system or similar business management tools.

Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Prior experience working at a digital health company is strongly preferred but not required

Work closely with Chief Medical Officer and operational teams to establish repeatable processes and procedures

Attend management and departmental team meetings, participate in the SLHS Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee, and other meetings

Responsible for human resources management including recruitment, retention, performance management, employee engagement and development of staff

Use Performance Management Process to coach, counsel and evaluate employee performance

Design, manage and ensure workflow to ensure efficiency and timeliness to care

At the discretion of the Executive Director of Operations, may participate in key client meetings and business reviews.

Implements enterprise-wide standard processes, programs and procedures among pharmacies within a designated geography.

3+ years of operations management experience, including demonstrated responsibility over managing workflow, resources, quality, and compliance.

3+ years of prior experience managing single or multiple operations locations, including leading/directing teams of managers.

Maintains a regular pharmacy visit cadence.

They will have strong managerial experience and skills

They will ideally have a degree in Pharmacy

2+ years professional experience in operations, workflow management and/or process management, in a medical setting strongly preferred

Driving medication adherence for diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol management

Conducting medication reviews (via direct member engagement and via pharmacist consult support for other clinicians)

Virtual pharmacist-led care via telemedicine to close therapy gaps

Coordinating care for changes in therapy by counseling members and engaging prescribers and pharmacies

Conducting comprehensive and targeted medication reviews

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Location: Partially Remote / Travel Required
