Improve and implement core operating processes, working cross-functionally across strategy, finance, real estate, product, marketing, operations, and legal teams.

5+ years experience and previously worked in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or at a startup.

Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus but not required.

Strong analytical skills and creative approach to solving unstructured problems.

Develop experiments and pilots to test new opportunities to generate growth, improve CX, operate more efficiently, etc.

Manage the performance of all supply-related functions, including on-time delivery, supplier quality, supply/commodity management, demand fulfillment and global logistics

Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Asks for and offers help when needed; a committed team player.

Engineering degree with MBA preferred. Directly applicable business experience may be substituted.

Certified as a B-Corporation with a score of 107.6 & ranked in the top 5% in 2 categories

Proven farm management experience. Crop knowledge in berries, almonds, avocados is desired.

Proven strong leadership skills (+5 years experience leading teams).

Act as a hiring manager for the department, understanding the business needs and goals for a new hire and planning accordingly.

MBA or MD/PhD in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Entomology, or related fields with proven experience managing Operations and Logistics.

The readiness to travel +40% (∼20 weeks/year) internationally to attend role responsibilities.

Knowledge about bee biology and crop pollination is highly desired.
