Understanding and continued support of long-term price adoption across the respective commodity portfolio

Leadership and team management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5+ years of experience in trade and logistics, ideally with home goods products, appliances, and/or electronics.

In-depth knowledge of trade regulations, customs compliance, and import/export processes.

Experience working with 3PL providers or managing owned warehouse and distribution facilities.

Top line management, maximizes revenues in line with contractual engagements and grow/add new business with existing clients

Structures and controls effective contract Management governance within the region. Design & implement winning strategies to ensure contract renewals

Sound understanding of performance management and customer service as key success factors

Manages and provides support to Control Tower heads in relation with local and regional HR function.

Lean 6 sigma certifications will be clear qualifiers

International experience with residential roles in Asia, Europe or US will be appreciated
