Minimum of 10 years experience in sales/sales management capacities

Proven sales management success within a large multi national organization

Driving regional sales team revenue production in order to meet budgeted growth targets across existing mature businesses and new growth initiatives

Undergraduate degree required with preference

CFA designation preferred but not required

FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 preferred

5 years’ experience in product management within medical devices

Work with Global Product Management to include needs of the regions into the product lifecycle strategy based on business cases

In-depth knowledge of the relevant markets for the Breas portfolio: hospital and homecare ventilation

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Strong analytical and process skills

Prepare a competitive commercial strategy for the Breas devices, accessories and cloud solution in Ventilation
