As a Social Media and PR Volunteer/Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Pay: $5,633.00 - $10,903.00 per month

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:

Experience with financial information systems, grant application and award management systems and budget tracking and reporting;

Create, track and evaluate grant performance metrics and compliance metrics to ensure successful full cycle grant management, reporting and feedback;

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university;

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with full-cycle grants and contracts administration; including two (2) years supervisory experience.

Educational and Professional assistance programs; Paid Memberships in Professional Associations

Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of governmental accounting and grant accounting

Considerable knowledge of general methods for analyzing data generated by the various financial systems

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Provide training and guidance to staff on grant financial management and reporting processes.

Support the development of financial policies and procedures related to grant management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3-6 years of experience

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of grant financials with overall organizational financial reporting.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification (preferred)

Collaborate with the team to develop and monitor grant budgets, providing financial guidance and support throughout the project's lifecycle.

Collaborate with Emergency Management and Enterprise Fund Departments.

Coordinate with the Department of Finance on compliance issues.

Acts as liaison with the City’s lobbyists.

Provide departmental support for grant development and reporting; maximize grant funds for administrative support.

Coordinate LMS (Local Mitigation Strategy) and PPL (Project Priority List) project submissions.

Maintain the Project Database; maintain Grant Databases (grants applied for/awarded, potential grant opportunities).

Midpoint Salary: US Dollar (USD) 68,000

Maximum Salary : US Dollar (USD) 81,500

Liaison between funding agencies and Departments to achieve compliant grant applications:

Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Patient Education: Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.

Prescription Processing: Accurately and efficiently process prescription orders, including data entry, insurance verification, and medication refill requests.

Facilitate DME ordering: fulfilling all billing and processing requirements. Ensure patient understands how to properly use DME.

Compliance with all company policy, procedures, documentation requirements and requests

Minimum two years (2) experience as a pharmacy technician, physician dispensary or pharmacy care coordinator experience preferred.

You have excellent organization and time management skills.

You have experience working with task management software (e.g. Asana).

You have significant experience in environments where attention to detail is a key requirement.

Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accounting practices are compliant with grant rules and regulations.

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or state R&D (research and development) grant administration.

You are familiar with the financial statement close process as well as an understanding of Finance and Accounting basics.

Experience in a higher education setting with student life related programs, i.e. orientation, student organizations, leadership, and/or student programming;

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Publisher.

A minimum of 3-5 years prospecting grants for nonprofit organizations and think tanks, with demonstrated research skills and experience.

Experience working with international projects and knowledge of multinational or overseas foundations is a plus.
