Summary
Provides the highest level of business expertise and consultation to the business to meet department, cross-department and enterprise-wide goals. Along with the Senior Director-Governance, accountable for monitoring the enterprise portfolio and highlighting risks, watchpoints, and tradeoffs within and across Investable Structures for review. Includes running multiple different projects within EPMG (Enterprise Portfolio Management Group) as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the active management and reporting on the health of the enterprise portfolio - progress, outcomes, risks, resource demand, and financials to provide leadership with forward-looking insight
  • Will support EPMC and QBR by preparing summaries related to outcomes and decisions, preparation and executing meetings, and developing and preparing communication plan
  • Commits to transparency on program objectives, priorities, and measures. Develops solutions/recommendations to unique and sophisticated problems and ensures program solutions are consistent with organizational objectives. Identifies, assess, and mitigates program risks and issues and removes impediments.
  • Critically reviews the Investable Structure Reports for risks, watchpoints, tradeoffs, and objective and key result status.
  • Makes connections across teams and workstreams to drive identification and facilitation of inter-dependencies.
  • Responsible for documenting and completing changes within the enterprise portfolio and Investable Structures.
  • Develops strong and positive relationships with business clients to lead program expectations and implementation.
  • Supports development of agendas and prepare materials for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Committee (EPMC) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to provide fact-based analysis, reporting, and insights for broader distribution and decision-making.
  • This is an individual contributor role without any direct reports.
  • Support maturity of governance and related processes based on user community feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business, Project Management or related field preferred OR a significant amount of directly-related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position
  • Proven ability to be responsive to changing business needs, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Seen as a team player and is supportive of group decisions and ideas.
  • Proven ability to lead decision making process through idea sharing and consensus building
  • Proven ability to lead and handle large and highly sophisticated assignments including those with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Written and oral communications skills with the ability to build rapport within the company, field and /or outside vendors.
  • Proven ability to identify and cultivate relationship with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels
  • A demonstrated high level of consulting, problem solving, influencing, and organization
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels
  • Continuous improvement mindset – responsible for constant improvements to processes and how we engage with our key partners
  • Ability to distill information for a senior leader audience (ELG and SLT)

Compensation Range
Pay Range - Start:
$89,040.00
Pay Range - End
$127,200.00
