People management experience would be a bonus.

Good technical operational knowledge; relevant Food, Health, and Safety certifications would be advantageous.

Professional experience in the food and catering service industry and/or workplace operation industry.

Complete all necessary corporate paperwork and submit it to the Headquarter office or manager within 24 hours of test completion.

Experience in respirator fit testing is advantageous but not required.

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver concise training to customer employees.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices is a plus.

Travel to customer sites to conduct OSHA-required respirator fit testing and audiometric hearing testing.

Deliver concise and engaging in-person safety training programs.

Perform signal management & lead signal strategy measures.

Either board certification with patient facing experience or 4 years of Pharmacovigilance & Safety experience at a Biotech or Pharma.

Leadership experience - such as direct reports or leading projects or teams.

Manage expectations and the planning process for renovations, reconfigurations, and relocations across global offices.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or and/or equivalent experience

Participate in Engineering’s machine life cycle change management process and provide technical support for Machine Risk Assessments, FAT & SAT.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training

Partnership skills with demonstrated abilities to both work collaboratively and strong in influencing and impact skills

Manage and periodically update AirMI’s LOTO standard, procedures, and training with internal partners.

Minimum 6 years practical experience with machine and equipment safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated technical experience applying ANSI, OSHA, NFPA and CEE standards, as they apply to machines and equipment.

Uses existing EHS Management Information System (MIS) databases to document and investigate accidents, log inspections, and manage corrective actions.

Oversees the development, update and roll-out of EHS procedures in areas such as ergonomics, illness and injury prevention and building safety.

Implement and track programs to reduce environmental impacts, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction/recycling, idle-time reduction.

Inputs and reviews data in EHS system. May also function as EHS system SME.

Must be results-oriented, have a high degree of motivation, and have organizational time-management skills.

Perform special projects and research assignments as time allows and required. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:

Provides on-site risk assessments and audits for facility locations ensuring that the FoC meet regional Safety and Security requirements, including CARF.

Ensures that facility security requirements meet the needs of the business and programs, including building alarms and badge/access control systems.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
