Overview The Global Human Resources Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall business objectives. The Global Human Resources Partner will work closely with senior management to ensure that the organization’s HR strategies are aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The Global Human Resources Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall business objectives. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, providing guidance on employee development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Global Human Resources Partner will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, as well as managing the organization’s recruitment and selection processes. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Job Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Experience in managing employee relations
• Experience in developing and managing compensation and benefits programs
• Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes
