Job Description

Global tech consulting firm in the Loop is looking for a creative-thinking, seasoned talent manager to lead th einternal Talent Acquisition team. This is a highly visible role, reporting into the Executive Team, significantly influencing the company's growth and success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, revamp, and standardize the current talent acquisition process.
  • Amplify the metrics for talent acquisition effectiveness, creating measurable goals for the recruitment team.
  • Lead and motivate a high performing team of recruiters and sourcers.
  • Create talent strategies and preserve strong employer branding to attract the best employees.
  • Help identify areas of improvement within interview practices, onboarding procedures, and training rotocol and implementing successful strategies to alleviate any weak points.
  • Oversee high level searches, including leadership and c-level talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Only candidates with recruitment and team management experience will be considered.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools for sourcing and recruitment marketing.
  • 10+ years+ full cycle recruiting within a professional services environment required, consulting and experience in a fast-growing firm highly desired.
  • 3+ years working in a leadership role and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Measurable experience evaluating and transforming talent acquisition processes.
  • Smart and curious – not afraid to ask questions and collaborate directly with Executive leadership.
  • High attention to detail, flexible with schedule and self-disciplined
  • Strong communication skills –written and oral to communicate with all employees within the company.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive base of $120,000 -$165,000+ depending on experience, along with opportunities for bonus. Benefits: health, dental, and vision along with unlimited PTO, commuter benefits, 401K with match!
