Technologically savvy and knowledge of systems such as procurement, security/software requests, travel reservations, and time-off/calendar management, etc.
Coordinating and handling calendaring, travel, and inbox management for the assigned executive and roles
Meeting/Event planning and management (scheduling, coordinating, and prepping speakers, reviewing policies, managing attendees and agendas, planning entertainment/food/beverage, reviewing contracts, etc.)
At least 3-5 years of administrative experience for Sr. Executive leaders.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a “can do” attitude.
Acting as a point of contact for wholesalers within assigned Annuities Sales territory

The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for researching and gathering information, preparing presentations, and providing general support to the executive team.
