Assist with the management of Worker’s Compensation Claims and monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses, review, and follow-up as necessary.

5+ years experience in safety/OSHA

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Partner with Leadership and LandMark Transport to ensure DOT, EPA, and OSHA compliance.

Provide technical safety and health support information to company personnel.

Ensure accurate completion of hazard assessments; provide management with necessary corrective actions and support.

Work closely with management (production, ranch, VPs and partners) to understand future training needs.

Supervise production and ranch management carry out the Food Safety and Organic Compliance Program.

Collaborate with the Food Safety Management Team to facilitate resolution of non-conformities as well as submission of timely evidence reporting.

Collect samples for R &D in accordance with laboratory requirements as required.

3+ years of experience in related field

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)

Knowledge of HACCP principles and its applications

Accompanies third-party auditors on field audits for safety, quality, and brand standard monitoring

Supports the implementation and development of best practices that promotes and enables food safety deliverables

Provide additional support for certification programs

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 1 year of responsibility in food or supplement industry and/or supplemental regulatory role

Knowledge of regulatory affairs, quality documentation, and business processes (stage gates)

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Experience with ESHA Genesis is preferred but not required

Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

1 year of experience in a manufacturing site managing quality and food safety management systems

Knowledge of food safety risk, identification and management, HACCP and prerequisite controls

Negotiation and problem-solving skills with all levels of staff including senior management

3 years of experience in a manufacturing site managing quality and food safety management systems

Management of site micro risk mitigation dashboard KPI, partnering with BU Micro Manager.

Strong computer skills and technical troubleshooting abilities

Coordinate SQM Comments Manager web portal maintenance and ensure appropriate follow-up with users for action and completion.

Experience with analytical tools, preferred.

Knowledge of Tableau Power BI or other business intelligence software preferred.

Relationship management capability and advanced consulting skills

Partner with Account Management teams and other divisions within Ecolab to solve customer challenges
