Approximately 6-10 years of directly relevant experience, minimum 2 years experience managing teams.

Passion for people development, directly responsible for engaging a team to improve their skill sets and facilitate their growth.

5-10 years’ experience in product, portfolio management or project coordination preferably in the food ingredient or flavor industry

Work on a portfolio, marketing & customer strategy while collaborating with the management.

Customer project management by supporting the SOP process, new item introduction, and managing all aspects of the portfolio.

Collaborate with global product management peers to monitor market trends and competitive actions.

Other Project Management activities as needed.

Continuous portfolio development based on market requirements.

5+ years of quality management experience in food-grade storage/processing facilities.

Lead quality investigations for supplier and logistics-related case management.

Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Certification in HACCP, USDA, or FDA is preferred. Familiarity with relevant EU legislation.

Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of facility-level quality requirements to support the supply chain team.

Manage the change control framework (domestic quality portion) for introducing new processes, facilities, products, and related changes.

Apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems in real time.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

NPO Group management and communication

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred

Overseeing service standards during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience

2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position

Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
