How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)


As a member of the Flight Training Analytics team, you will be expected to provide efficient, accurate, and substantive pilot training data from a wide range of sources, often on a short turnaround time. This role is also resonsible for creating reports and providing solutions through data to improve processes. A willingness to help, a desire to learn and adaptability will make you successful in this role.


The Flight Training Analytics team is responsible for providing and reporting pilot training data,


managing process improvement projects, and working on cross-divisional implementation strategies.


Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):


  • Observe all parts of the operation (Jumpseat, on and offsite training facilities) to ensure sufficient context for pilot training and standards
  • Engage with teams across flight operations to contextualize data
  • Audit training data to ensure our processes and data are correct and proactively identify solutions if there are inconsistencies
  • Support the daily operation as needed, including managing other priorities against daily items
  • Build and run queries to collect and analyze training data
  • Assist in identifying process improvements, provide solutions, and work to develop and implement change across the team(s)
  • Provide automated reports to fit needs of department
  • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures


What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)


  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to anticipate and plan for competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least three years of related experience preferred.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Must have superior organizational skills.
  • Must have experience in coding, data analysis, and delivering communications targeted to varied audiences.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in current role.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
