Key Responsibilities:

To develop and implement training scheduling plans to support the overall staffing plan in the most efficient manner, optimizing both instructor pilot and simulator resources.

  • Interact with Workforce Planning, Fleet Managers People Planning and Crew Scheduling, seeking input to the plan and ensuring the plan is communicated to all responsible parties.
  • Schedule initial operating experience, ensuring resources are used efficiently with limit impact to the line operations.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of all line checks ensuring compliance with the FARs.
  • Coordinate recurrent training requirements for pilots.
  • React to deviations to develop efficient alternatives.
  • Develop long and short-term contract training plans to increase revenue.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective communication is maintained will all partners.
  • Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the training scheduling plan for instructors, OE scheduling for line pilots and LCA's, using simulators, and pilot instructors in the most efficient manner.
  • Continue to coordinate the training plan when implemented.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Knowledge of contractual work rules and FARs
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • 2 years of operations experience
  • B.A.

The salary for this position is $50,000-$62,000, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
