Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred- equivalent combination of educations, training, and experience may be considered.

Summary, Primary Duties, Skills And Experience

Manage project portfolio across clinical sites in multiple clinical studies.

Manage the publication process for internal publications including writing text and gathering data/figures from other contributors.

Experience working with technical teams.

Project Management certification from PMI, APM, or equivalent is a plus

Background knowledge in project management of one or more product-related fields preferred (HVAC, Electrical and/or Power Generation, etc.)

Must be a Field Project Manager- not managing from a desk

Ability to manage several projects at one time

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-9 years related experience

5+ years of significant project experience

Build manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

20+ years' experience in Payments/ Transaction Banking.

Strong analytical, problem solving and re-engineering skills.

Experience in a start-up is preferred.

Build a strong pipeline of clients for cross border pay out services and card to account model.

Build an alliance with PSP’s, merchant acquirers and processors in the US.

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet department goals and deadlines

Contacts the Brokers/Shippers by telephone to confirm truckload rates

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Skill, Abilities and Capabilities):

Mathematical Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory administration is preferred

Previous experience in the customer service field is preferred

Support all Ambry staff and departments by streamlining outgoing requests

Provide support to preferred clients in a timely and professional manner

Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements

Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy.

Assist AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.

Minimum of two years of experience in related experience.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.

Expert level knowledge of MacOS and Windows, along with experience supporting common hardware issues

Resolve IT problems promptly, with good communication, and provide a positive help desk experience

2+ years of experience solving IT problems at the highest level of support

Experience with automation using either Shell scripting, Python or other similar languages a plus

Configure and monitor MacOS and Windows MDM compliance and reporting for SOC 2 audits

Assist users in setting up their Google Workspace account on their phones
