Skills We Are Looking For

Lead generation by creating and placing basic online ads on a variety of platforms.

Running short telephone or zoom interviews (Scripting is provided)

Support and guide your team members and associates of the community.

Support the BUs marketing managers to promote the monthly donor promotion.

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the BU marketing department runs smoothly.

Minimum of 2+ years working experience in marketing coordination and execution. Experience in plasma or blood collection a plus.

Support local advertising opportunities including new/existing channels, sponsorship opportunities for ROI, optimization, and overall performance.

Ensure all marketing programs are communicated to staff in a timely manner, creating awareness among staff of current programs.

Maintain a professional image at the centers by ensuring current promotions are posted.

Demonstrated experience with SAP Material Management Module

Identifies and researches inventory discrepancies and corrects errors in SAP (Material Management Module) on site.

Skill in accurate data entry

Proficient skill and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Applications, Outlook Email

Knowledge of and experience with accounting

Assist with the training of remote users and support while they are processing on behalf of MEC.

2+ years pharmacy operations experience including inventory management/control

Deep understanding of hospital pharmacy operations, workflows, policies/procedures, and inventory management.

Intellectually curious with a passion for learning and transforming traditional medication management practices

Driven to help Omnicell become every customer’s most trusted partner for medication management.

5+ years of work experience within an acute care hospital-based pharmacy

Demonstrated experience in at least 3 system or workflow implementation projects

Work under the direction of the Communications Manager to develop, implement, and track digital strategies for marketing

Manage event apps, including securing app provider, development, configuration, updating, and tracking usefulness of features and content

Create and manage content for NFCYM websites and social media accounts and maintain specific digital platforms

Manage and collaborate with job specific contractors as necessary

Perform as a lay ecclesial minister of NFCYM in support of the spiritual and pastoral mission of NFCYM

Act in accordance with Catholic morals and principles in one's professional and public life

Have knowledge and experience using Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. (Or be a proactive fast learner!)

While this is a remote role, candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
