Field Loss Prevention Manager Jobs

Cultivate effective liaison relationships with other retailers, industry groups, police departments, and mall security/ property management teams.

Strong interviewing skills to include Wicklander-Zulawski certification or other formal behavioral interview training.

Hire, develop and manage Store Loss Prevention Investigators, and recruit new store investigations staff for stores in the assigned areas.

Minimum 3 years of asset protection/loss prevention experience in multi-unit retail environments.

Demonstrated experience providing expertise during emergency, crisis and/or high-pressure situations.

Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology including loss prevention applications, MSOffice and retail store systems.

Knowledge of Exception Based Reporting and file management databases, preferably APPRISS Incident Management

Provides consultation to field management on all shrink related issues: internal/ external theft, physical security, operations, safety, POS controls, etc.

Liaison between Law Enforcement and Store Management.

Investigates and resolves internal theft issues using industry proven Interview and Interrogation skills, CCTV, Exception Reporting, and Hotline calls, etc.

Manage NYC’s Inhouse and Contract LP Agent -Guard Program.

Completes Operational Store Assessments and store visits with emphasis on teaching and coaching, offering solutions to issues within company LP guidelines.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in loss prevention/risk management/Inventory control/safety practices, preferably in a fitness type or similar environment.

Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

Deal directly with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies as it relates to loss prevention, safety, and risk management issues.

Maintain ongoing Loss prevention awareness programs in the field and act as a liaison between multiple management levels.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.

Conducts hazard and risk assessments at the property to include quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and the hazard abatement process.

Develops detailed "shut down" procedures for the property to ensure that all areas are secured at the appropriate times.

3+ years of people management experience

3+ years of experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, supply chain management, or other related field

Experience with varies business types such as, logistics, warehouse, distribution center, multi-site loss management

Incident response planning, implementation, execution, and management.

Experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts desired and certification is a plus such as PMP

Interviewing and Interrogation experience beneficial such as Wicklander and Zulawski, LPQ, CPP, LPC, CFI or other certifications is a plus

Regularly evaluate building integrity and partner with store management to follow up on any equipment failure.

Knowledge of and previous experience with Loss Prevention technologies (including CCTV systems and exception reporting systems) is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

5+ years directly-related, multi-unit Loss Prevention and/or Retail work experience.

Experience in driving successful loss prevention, shortage control, accident reduction and fraud prevention programs.

Minimum of 5-8 years District level or higher progressive Loss Prevention experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Educating Department Managers and Store Leadership on shrink awareness and reduction

Supervisory experience in the security / loss prevention field a plus
