Field Loss Prevention Manager Jobs in New York

Knowledge of Exception Based Reporting and file management databases, preferably APPRISS Incident Management

Provides consultation to field management on all shrink related issues: internal/ external theft, physical security, operations, safety, POS controls, etc.

Liaison between Law Enforcement and Store Management.

Investigates and resolves internal theft issues using industry proven Interview and Interrogation skills, CCTV, Exception Reporting, and Hotline calls, etc.

Manage NYC’s Inhouse and Contract LP Agent -Guard Program.

Completes Operational Store Assessments and store visits with emphasis on teaching and coaching, offering solutions to issues within company LP guidelines.

Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Manages all physical & building security needs in partnership with Supervisor.

2+ years of retail Loss Prevention experience

Must successfully complete Kohl's internal interview certification process

Provides consistent coaching & recognition to motivate hourly LP team to achieve external productivity goals

Executes effective shortage awareness & reduction strategies to minimize external theft in an effort to achieve assigned inventory goals.

Incident response planning, implementation, execution, and management.

Identifies market trends relating to physical security and develops action steps to assist in implementing best practices is the site

Oversee and lead investigations of theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate

Recruit, hire, develop and retain candidates who raise the performance bar of the security services organization when needed

Effectively address loss mitigation, physical security considerations, potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy.

Travel up to 25% domestically
