Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigeration industry highly desired

Collaborate directly with grocery store managers and store directors

2+ years prior HVAC/R experience

At least 2-3 years of grocery refrigeration /HVAC experience highly desired

Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers and water-cooled condensers

Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems and identifying specifications that are required

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture-related field OR a minimum of 5 years agronomy experience.

Experience with agriculture equipment such as tractors, planters, sprayers and other field equipment, including GPS is required.

Have basic mechanical skills to repair, modify, build, and maintain equipment.

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )

- Maintain high quality of seed productions by applying good agronomical practice (pest control, irrigation, tillage)

- Supporting efforts to maintain integrity of seed inventory, packaging, field layout, pollinating, threshing and data collection.

Own the technical brand management process of the plant-based beverage portfolio.

Collaborate with R&I peers to continue to build capabilities and tools to create new and improve existing products across all businesses.

General knowledge of the processes within marketing, industrial design, production, supply chain and global sales channels.

Proficient in the use of sensory and consumer testing for qualification of new raw materials and formulations while delivering product superiority.

Experience with Lean 6 Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to personal care products.

3+ years of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the personal care industry.

Strong expertise in formulation development and optimization of personal care products, including experience with emulsions, surfactants, polymers, and active ingredients.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Must have experience with Composites.

Experience with SolidWorks modeling is helpful.

Salary Range: $72,000-$109,000 depending on qualifications

Experience in the following is preferred: Engineering, Waterjet cutting, Machine Design, Machine Assembly, Industrial Robotics, Automation Design, and Mechanical Design

Experience with SolidWorks modeling preferred
