R&D Technician Details


  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm )
  • $ 25.00 / hour
  • - Maintain high quality of seed productions by applying good agronomical practice (pest control, irrigation, tillage)
  • Full Time work available
  • - Supporting efforts to maintain integrity of seed inventory, packaging, field layout, pollinating, threshing and data collection.
  • - Perform greenhouse and field duties including sowing and digging of transplant nurseries, planting and growing transplants, pollination, seed harvest, seed processing and cleaning, labelling, and data recording.


R&D Technician Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture-related field OR a minimum of 5 years agronomy experience.
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Experience with agriculture equipment such as tractors, planters, sprayers and other field equipment, including GPS is required.
  • Have basic mechanical skills to repair, modify, build, and maintain equipment.
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
