Overview An Executive Support Analyst is a professional who provides technical and administrative support to executives and other high-level personnel within an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the executive's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. They may also be responsible for providing technical assistance to other staff members and helping to maintain the organization's IT systems. Detailed Job Description An Executive Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to executives and other high-level personnel within an organization. This includes providing assistance with computer hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to other staff members. They may also be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT systems, including setting up new hardware and software, configuring networks, and ensuring that all systems are up to date. Additionally, they may be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
