Job Description

Description:

Support the Head of Governance and the Regional COO, Americas with regional governance activities and assist with the execution of projects, as prioritized by the COO office. Also support any initiatives that contribute to business execution improvements and efficiencies. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Provide oversight and reporting on the Americas entity environment in line with the requirements of bank policies.

• Support the Regional COO team with the Client Experience Framework for the Americas.

• Assisting with Project Planning, Delivery, and Tracking: Assist with the delivery of action plans related to the initiative on time and within budget while adhering to organizational quality and governance standards.

• Work with stakeholders to build, maintain and review all project plans and schedules on a periodic basis.

• Assist with the management of all related Working Groups.

• Support the Regional COO Americas management of risks and issues.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years working experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Regulatory environment.

• Previous experience in project management support and working with senior stakeholders

• Understanding of client life cycle processes, and standard chartered systems is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and excellent written communication skills, ability to liaise effectively with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization

• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint with an ability to manage and transform data into valuable analytics.

• Excellent organization and process management skills

• Ability to prioritize, show strong attention to detail, work to tight timeframes and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient analytical and quantitative skills

• High level of integrity, ambition and ability to adapt to changing environment and priorities

• Master of core competencies including critical thinking and analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication, self-management, project / task management, and ethics and integrity.
