· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in or knowledge of CPG, Retail, or Consulting industries

Strong communication skills, curiosity, and adaptability

Quantitative and Qualitative analysis skills

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills preferably using advanced functions and formulas

Interact with internal teams and external clients at multiple levels

Create client-ready databases and presentations

Assisting with security testing and vulnerability management across various technical landscapes.

Engaging to help manage projects, milestones, and the success of projects related to security.

Have basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and cloud environments

Be eager to always learn, participate in training, and grow your security knowledge

Acting as a liaison as needed between security, business, and IT functions

Linking the business and data security around the needs of the technology that drives our business.

Use of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

Demonstrate knowledge of MS Project is a plus.

Demonstrate knowledge of SharePoint administration, Project Online and PowerBI is a plus.

Have negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.

Show basic Excel skills & familiarity with data analytics.

Demonstrate excellent written, oral communication, organizational, and meeting facilitating skills

Writing technical specifications and requirements definitions based on user inputs, conceptual design and stated business requirements.

Participating in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and coding.

Have good oral and written communication skills

Have good system and/or data analytics skills

Consulting with business operations and end-users to document, update, and refine user manuals, product guides, and data sheets.

Participating in the design and development of new features & bug fixes of products.

Utilize your knowledge of student-centered pedagogy and content to identify effective instructional strategies for teachers to implement in their school setting.

You have experience coaching virtually or are excited to try it out.
