Lead and execute all components of JELD-WEN’s Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP), creating a positive Associate, manager, and business experience

Design and implement an Early Career Programs strategy, identifying growth opportunities and measure impact and ROI, manage program budget

Lead a small team of direct reports and manage all rotational program associate employee activities, provide coaching and development/feedback conversations

At least 5 years experience managing HR programs and leading people

Experience building relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and Business Leaders

Model a continuous improvement mindset by challenging the status quo, encouraging innovation, and ensuring an inclusive experience for all Associates

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Experience working both independently and in team environments

Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposal and contract support

Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

Utilize Applicant Tracking System and Career Services Management tools to track and advance candidates through planned workflow initiatives

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Develop and manage calendar of events and associated attendance in support of school strategy as appropriate

Manage the candidate interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates, career center staff, professors, campus influencers, and hiring managers

Coach, train, develop and manage employees for success

Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing talent development processes and programs including onboarding, internships, and rotational programs

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, logistics, or similar field

Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner

Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making

Experience with supervising front-line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment preferred

Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time

Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
