5+ years of experience as a Shipping Managers or Experience in international shipping via Air both Export and Import

Manage all aspects of transportation including inbound logistics, internal transfers, and outbound shipping.

Plan and manage projects and new shipping strategies

Knowledge of logistics operations and shipping procedures and documents

Hands on experience in budgeting and reporting

Critical thinker and problem solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management is preferred or equivalent work experience required

5+ years managerial experience in positions with increasing responsibilities required

Has led teams of at least 200 hourly Associates with multiple layers of management in between

Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill

Possess a high-level understanding in the areas of WMS, TMS, content management systems, API, database and system design.

Create a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc

Possesses excellent time management skills .

Previous experience supervising work flow and needs of facility.

1-3 years of leadership experience.
