3+ years demonstrated management/leadership and team building experience

You report to the Director of SML North America and are a member of the SMLNA Regional DC Management Team.

Develop a strong team and collaborative culture through regular communication ensuring daily team meetings, weekly management meetings, monthly town halls, etc.

Engage in on-going performance management and career development dialogue with local team.

The RDC Manager is the owner of the overall performance for safety, quality, cost, delivery, etc for the site.

PC computer skills. Microsoft Word and Excel experience desirable. D365, and WMS a plus.

Partner with each Department Manager to support the department & company priorities and policies.

Partner with the Swing Shift Operations Manager, Outbound Processing Supervisor, and other leaders based on the department rotation and workflow demands.

Work with the Shipping and Transportation Managers to oversee carrier performance.

Prepare and present evaluations for Supervisors in each department, with guidance from the Department manager.

Good organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented.

3-5 years of experience in management

Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication with associates, peers and members of management

Manage team of supervisors responsible for the day-to-day activities of department of business unit and assigned staff

Provide accurate reporting information to Campus Manager and others

Act as "change agent" to drive "lean" education and utilization

Seasoned knowledge of campus inventory and receiving practices

Excellent organizational time management skills. Able to manage and prioritize multiple, simultaneous asks.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Science, or other field in conjunction with relevant experience.

Experience using Warehouse Management and/or Warehouse Control systems.

Ensure all DC systems are functioning properly to support the business requirements of the Brands being serviced by the facility.

Collaborate with software/service providers to stay informed of new features/functionality that may benefit DC operations.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with a variety of people who have different skill levels of technical competence.
