Distribution Center Shipping Manager Jobs in Kentucky

7 - 10 years’ relevant HR experience

5 years' minimum experience in a distribution center environment or similar

Labor relations experience in a union environment strongly preferred

Represents organization when engaging with labor relations issues, employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

Partners with peer HRBP’s and COE to deliver seamless support to the organization

Advocates the organizational values and builds accountability for supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace culture that represents the LS&Co. values
