We are looking for a Director or Senior Director of Jobs Supply, Marketplace to join our Flexjobs team. In this role, you will curate opportunities that transform the lives of job seekers around the world. In this role, you will own the growth of high quality jobs via scaling our integrations, innovation through ML, optimization and automation of the job curation and selection process. You will set the bar for marketplace excellence and drive the product and operations strategy to achieve these data driven KPIs.

This position works within the Flexjobs Jobs team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set vision and goals to grow high quality jobs for BOLD's job pillar.
  • Lead and scale the Jobs Operations team of curators and writers that focuses their efforts on the highest value elements of the job search experience.
  • Analyze the jobs landscape and create a high ROI approach to develop ongoing jobs supply expansion.
  • Partner with product, strategy and marketing teams to achieve overall business financial goals.
  • Create a product roadmap to drive automation of high-quality jobs curation.
  • Lead the development of KPIs, success metrics to evaluate and set accountability for a successful healthy jobs marketplace.
  • Develop the product approach, jobs differentiation approach across job portals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED


  • Experience with machine learning, automation, NLP, and cross-functional collaboration with technology partners.
  • Knowledgeable in market research, industry news, and technology trends; capable of translating insights into POVs and sharing with relevant teams.
  • Effective leadership in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, and an analytical, data-driven mindset. College degree required; Master's in business or technology-related field desired.
  • 10+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, growth, or general management for a consumer-facing internet product.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, strategic thinking, and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to set cross-functional team OKRs and collaborate effectively across multiple teams with strong emotional intelligence (EQ).

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and management.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Tech and product experience with a structured, data-driven thinking approach.
  • Deep marketplace experience, preferably in the jobs space.
  • Familiarity with job boards and Application Tracking Systems,
  • Strong skills in strategy development and setting effective OKRs.
  • Proficient in conversion funnel management, competitive research, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.


Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.

Starting Pay Range
$220,000—$280,000 USD
