Job Summary

This leadership position is a critical role to develop our strategic plans for Supply Chain planning and to lead our GMP production and critical raw material teams. It is a Hybrid position with the expectation of 50% travel /or on-site presence in Fargo, Aldevrons global headquarters. You will be a part of the Global Supply Chain team and report to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Capacity Planning in line with changing Demand; tracks and publishes all key performance metrics tied to execution, including running aspects of Sales & Operations Planning..
• Possess a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets
• Lead all Danaher Material Systems activities on site.
• Develop and standardize strategies including, but not limited to, Starting Material Evaluation, Materials Requirements Planning, Slot Scheduling, Shop Floor Scheduling, Documentation, Manufacturing Co-ordination, and Production suite scheduling
• Develop team and leaders to build capabilities, improve supply chain effectiveness, and utilize resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets
• Conduct performance analysis to adjust strategies and execution as necessary
• Direct a team across multiple locations and be accountable for the execution of materials planning, production scheduling and Sales & Operations Planning

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
• Preferred experience with Danaher Materials Systems
• Demonstrated understanding of CFR Part 11 materials compliance
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years of supply chain management experience
• B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in supply chain, or life science degree
