Director of Procurement – Global Manufacturer

Salary up to $220,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to OKLAHOMA

Manage all procurement related activities within the assigned business units. As the Director of Procurement, you’ll be responsible for operating and cost budgets. You’ll conduct salary reviews, set milestones, and measure performance for your direct reports. This role will handle a rebuild of the procurement department. Will build a strong relationship internally and externally with suppliers. Will handle all category management. You’ll be working out of the corporate headquarters & our paid relocation package will assist you in moving to this area of the USA. This is an ONSITE role.

The headquarters is located in Oklahoma, in a major metro city.

Minimum requirements for this Director of Wood Procurement position:

· At least 10 years of procurement related experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role

· Bachelor's degree – preferably Supply Chain, Business, etc.

· Multi-site procurement is required

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required

· Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities.
