Director, Product Management Jobs

Industry-leading product manufacturing, distribution, and retail company is seeking to hire a Director of Product Management. Working cross-functionally with all divisions of the business, this role will ensure the company's continued success in gaining market share, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing profitability across all product lines.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational process improvement initiatives that result in quantifiable increased financial performance of the company.
• Oversee the optimization of efficient and effective marketing techniques.
• Ensure that best practice processes are maintained across the entire organization.
• Lead the company in all aspects of successful product management on both a nationwide and global scale.
• Provide leadership-level insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and profitability enhancement.
• Responsible for maximizing product and brand awareness across all applicable markets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a team of direct reports, as well as proven experience serving in a leadership role both departmentally as well as organizationally.
• 7-10+ years of proven and progressive experience performing the roles and responsibilities listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
