Knowledge of fundamentals of health outcomes/human subjects research principles and good clinical practices.

Experience designing and executing or overseeing human research projects; comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data and familiarity with analysis methods.

Direct experience managing and empowering a team for growth and high-level execution

Demonstrated experience with communicating science to different audiences and through different media, including websites, emails, presentations, and publications.

Working experience at a global, multinational consumer-focused organization with an entrepreneurial mindset in the entertainment, gaming, or immersive technology industries

A strong appreciation for and experience working closely with Product Design, Design Operations, and Product Management

5+ years of experience as a people manager at a similarly fast paced or later-stage tech company with experience managing managers
