About N Street Village

N Street Village is a community of empowerment and recovery for homeless and low-income women in Washington, DC. With comprehensive services addressing both emergency and long-term needs, N Street Village helps women achieve stability and make meaningful gains in their housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and addiction recovery.

Position Summary

The Clinical Director will provide clinical oversight, support and guidance to all programs within the N Street Village Continuum.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

· Provide and make recommendations for improvement in providing clinical services.

· Design and implement initial and annual clinical training for staff.

· Maintain regular communication with Program Directors on issues involving the community, program, clients, and other stakeholders.

. Facilitate monthly clinical trainings.

· Participate in organization-wide meetings and committees, departmental meetings, and trainings as assigned.

· Meet regularly with and provide clinical supervision and support to Case Managers and Lead Case Managers on performance and professional growth.

· Facilitate treatment meetings and client case consultations in collaboration with the program managers.

· Prioritize the best use of evidence-based practices, including researching clinical trends and current practices

· Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality up to date clinical records in HMIS and HTH

· Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual review of client records

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· Master’s degree in social work; must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on one of the following areas: mental health, physical health, addictions, aging, trauma· Minimum of 3 years of supervising staff.

· Knowledge of DC social services resources and compliance requirements.
