Job Description

Designation: Clinical Pharmacist Director

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Type: Fulltime with IKS Health

Reporting to SVP Care Design and Innovation

Tasks:

  • Direct input/influence re: ROI / EVA modelling
  • Direct oversight of programmatic development and growth of an automated tech-led, human in the loop centralized Rx Renewal service for large volume physician client organizations.
  • Expansion as a larger medication management platform (medication reconciliation, medication adherence)
  • Input as clinical SME on design, KPI's, metrics, technology enablement
  • Involvement at client organizations via virtual and onsite operations discussions, presentation, solutioning (installation and ongoing problem solving)
  • Close collaboration with Operations team for performance enhancement, and with Tech teams and feature product manager for platform enhancement
  • Development, maintenance, and expansion of evidence-based clinical protocols (existing/new), operational efficiencies, QA/QC and safety
  • Ongoing development and management of platform performance database and dashboard

Qualities/Skills

  • Desired: experience with information technology integration and performance management
  • Virtual work, must be able to travel -- largely domestic (client sites), occasional international (HQ)
  • Out of the box thinker, independent problem solver
  • Articulate communicator with colleagues and clients
  • Experience working with and directing teams
  • Clinical pharmaceutical operations and operations/practice improvement experience 5-10+ years experience
