Director Of Benefits And Wellness Jobs in California

Principles of organization, benefits administration, budget, and personnel management.

Experience with CalPERS, Medicare, and working with benefits brokers for plan renewals.

Experience in public sector is preferred.

Experience using and implementing ERP systems.

Knowledge of state/federal regulations (i.e., CalPERS, health care laws, Medicare, and applicable IRS guidelines).

HR Certification is a plus.

Develops programs designed to keep employees informed about company benefit plans, wellness and any proposed changes.

Prepares and facilitates quarterly Benefits and Investment Committees.

Experience with pension and 401(k) retirement plans is highly desired.

Familiarity with the application of Cost Accounting Standards to benefits is a plus.
