Bachelor's degree from accredited nursing college or university

Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Must be flexible and prepared to assist on a variety of shifts

Lead and develop the benefits team to ensure daily management of all benefits programs and execution of projects

Monitor local market practices, trends and legal requirements to ensure benefit offerings remain market-competitive, sound financially, and legally compliant

Minimum of 6 years of people management experience

Develop and monitor meaningful metrics to inform decisions on benefits offerings and communications strategy

Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with broad range of benefits programs

Provide strategic direction, planning, design and financial oversight of the benefit plans and programs, according to our Total Rewards strategy

Experience presenting to senior management.

Identify and implement condition and health management programs to improve employee health and to mitigate long‐term health plan cost trends.

Leveraging HR Analytics resources to ensure that data management, data integrity, and integration succeeds for all functional areas.

4+ years of prior experience in benefits related field

Detailed knowledge of physician office operations including experience providing in‐office process improvement consulting.

In depth knowledge of Workday as it relates to Benefits.
