Overview Desktop Hardware Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining desktop hardware components and systems. They work with a variety of hardware components, including motherboards, processors, memory, and storage devices. They also work with software applications, such as operating systems, drivers, and applications. Detailed Job Description Desktop Hardware Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining desktop hardware components and systems. They work with a variety of hardware components, including motherboards, processors, memory, and storage devices. They must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide technical support to end users. They must also be able to install, configure, and upgrade hardware components. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a related field
• Certification in hardware engineering or related field (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and systems
• Knowledge of operating systems, drivers, and applications
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware components
• Knowledge of providing technical support to end users
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a related field

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
