Hardware Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the field performance of Firefly hardware and software by identifying improvement opportunities, devising and experimenting with hardware solutions, and monitoring the execution quality of the existing processes.

• Evaluating new platform features and hardware products prior to full scale deployment
• Working with process owners across the company to assess the execution quality of the standard operating procedures, and identifying failure modes and failure avoidance measures
• Devising and experimenting with hardware solutions for ensuring and/or improving Firefly hardware inventory utilization rate
• Collaborating with Firefly shops across the country for identification of improvement opportunities regarding hardware products and processes

Skill Set

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
