Incorporate user research into content decisions for product experiences

Ensure high-quality content for our products in terms of simplicity, education, and delightfulness

Experience evaluating game design content

Strong understanding of how to craft a good game experience

10+ years experience in content design or a related field

5+ years experience directly managing, coaching and developing full-time employees

Experience building teams over time through hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing employees

Proven track record of project management experience

Partner with marketing stakeholders on creative briefs and management of those requests from initiation through to handoff of marketing assets.

Handle print fulfillment negotiations and management.

Keep Creative and Marketing Leadership updated on projects, prioritization, planning, and resource management.

Manage contract renewals and creative deadlines for all OOH projects (ex: Billboard, magazine, etc.).

5+ years of direct experience managing projects

Promotion: Understand consumer needs and identify opportunities to strengthen brand experience

Collaboration: Manage collaborative workflow with brands, sales and external production agencies.

Proven project experience with an ability to meet deadlines

Design: Partner with internal teams to create packaging ideas to deliver to brands

Branding: Ensure the adherence of brand image and guidelines and consistent visual approach

Production: Understand key manufacturing constraints and provide solutions accordingly

Support teams and organizations in the development of strategies to execute on requirements.

Strong Communications Skills: This includes written (prose), PowerPoint and live presentation skills.

UX/UI Design: understanding of design principles & fundamentals

Experience in graphic design and infographic development
