You will be part of an international team developing custom integrated circuits, and you will first learn , then contribute to the entire lifecycle of a product, from RTL description to masks creation. You will learn about Hardware Description Language (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL), digital electronics, usage of Intel FPGA boards as well as implementation of digital designs in FPGA or structured ASIC. Also, you will implement design flow modifications and tailoring for specific use cases, using internal and industry standard tools. In this role, you will be trained, then apply your knowledge in the following domains: - Digital logic design - Design verification - Timing constraints - Digital logic synthesis using Synopsys Design Compiler - Place and Route using internally-developed tools - Timing signoff using PrimeTime

Qualifications

We welcome applications from students in 3rd or 4th year in Electronics, Computers, Communications with: -Solid knowledge of Digital Integrated Circuits -Hardware Description Languages knowledge is a plus (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) -A low level programming language (C, C++) -Scripting languages knowledge is a plus

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
