As part of our team, you will be primarily responsible for creating visually appealing designs for an array of internal channels, with the opportunity to wear some additional hats depending on experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines and make a significant impact on our diverse workforce. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Experience in working on a digital campaign or project with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge of design principles and best practices, across both print and digital mediums
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience with graphic design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office software, and digital collaboration tools


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
  • Knowledge of modern Point experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
