Job Title: Design Intern

Reports to: VP, Deckers Lab

Location: Goleta, CA

The Role

Enthusiastic Industrial Design major that will provide support to design, engineering, prototyping and validation activities for all footwear and apparel brands as part of the Deckers Innovation team. Member of a cross-functional design team at Deckers that will work closely with many different stakeholders including 3D Product Development, Materials Sourcing, Product Development, and Deckers Brands (UGG®, HOKA ONE ONE®, Teva®, Sanuk® and Koolaburra®).

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
