Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

Coordinates delivery of specialized training topics, including soft skills, hardware and software, travel, other technical skills/tools, collaboration, research and more

Provides various learning opportunities with a focus on deepening EA and agent skill sets

Assists with training and educational opportunities associated with new hires, new processes, and tools

Monitors client compliance training requirements and assist with completion tracking

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

College degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics, or the equivalent education and experience

Materials management, supply chain, or warehouse experience is a plus

Manage to relevant KPI’s specific to parts operations and parts operations support responsibilities, ensuring high level of service and accountability.

3+ years’ automotive experience, preferably in an After Sales, field, or retail capacity

Experience in automotive retail parts and/or service is plus

Customer service experience is a plus

Provide secretarial/administrative support to attorneys (calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, etc.)

Work with the Legal Support Manager and the training team to coordinate training for new hires

At least 5 years of experience in a legal administrative/resource center/word processing role

Strong leadership and training skills

Review and report on the resource center's productivity and performance

Experience with Microsoft SQL such as querying and database management

Problem solving capacity with effective project management skills

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with these qualifications:

Bookkeeping / accounting or training experience

Strong computer skills in Microsoft platform software

As a Client Services Analyst your job duties may include:

Align with Ally’s culture, core values, and manage risk appropriately

Manage logistics regarding training events ranging from travel to classroom supplies, room setup, etc.

5+ Years Retail Automotive Experience, including extensive experience with dealership financials and financial reports

Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom, CRMs, DMSs, and other technologies

Facilitate Ally Academy Training Courses effectively and within established guidelines

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Survey and evaluate training effectiveness and communicate results with the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance.

3 years of Experience in the Enrollment Department and/or training team

Physical requirements: sedentary work, fluent typing, listening, speaking, extensive reading, repetitive motions, and extended computer usage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using digital, e-learning tools such as Snagit, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia Studios to create effective instructional materials.

Knowledge of all game types offered

Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees.

Report to your manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule.

Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements.

Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office
