JOB TITLE: Trainer - Support Team

SALARY: $20.50 per hour

EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

Primary Focus

The training resource is involved in several areas of skillset evaluation, development, and refinement. The training role is tailored to address on-the-job skills, as well as fine-tune interpersonal professionalism and administrative practices. To improve quality of service and client satisfaction, Cayuse requires specific certifications based on roles and responsibilities. The training resource coordinates training management processes and procedures delegated by client, project leadership, and back-office resource coordination. All duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates delivery of specialized training topics, including soft skills, hardware and software, travel, other technical skills/tools, collaboration, research and more
  • Facilitates and delivers project onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Identifies effective training topics and methods to balance workloads and promote efficiencies
  • Partners with all staff and engage in employee morale and improvement efforts
  • Monitors client compliance training requirements and assist with completion tracking
  • Supports integration of new team members
  • Assists with training and educational opportunities associated with new hires, new processes, and tools
  • Provides various learning opportunities with a focus on deepening EA and agent skill sets
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Requires a high school Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Skills:

  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Understanding of all tools used to run the project successfully; technical, service and reporting
  • Ability to maintain data integrity, data security, and keep data systems current
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical aptitude/computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows, MS Office Applications; Word and PowerPoint in particular, Internet Browsers, as well as basic computer terminology
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal
  • Ability to solve team process related issues
  • Work with Client and Client Partners in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Reports to: Delivery Manager

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
